Entry deadlines & refunds

All times are local Utah time (Mountain Time). Entries open at 9:00 AM and close at noon on the dates shown. No refunds starting Wednesday of rodeo week, with the exception of qualified vet outs and medical outs. For a draw-out refund request, text Alyssa at (435) 764-0064 before Wednesday. See the entry form for complete refund terms and medical/vet-out requirements.

Contestant meeting & series qualification

Mandatory contestant meeting at 6:30 PM before each performance. Performances begin at 7:30 PM. Compete in at least 3 of the 4 rodeos to qualify for series prizes. See the entry form for complete series rules.

Tickets

Tickets can be purchased online through our website. Select your ticket type, choose your quantity, and complete checkout to secure your spot.

Gate sales may be available, but online purchase is strongly recommended. Events can sell out, and prices may be higher at the gate.

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Rodeo events operate rain or shine, and once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser. Please make sure you’re able to attend before completing your purchase.

Seating availability will be noted at purchase. Unless otherwise stated, seating is general admission and available on a first-come basis.
